WildArt Sketch and Science: Apr-May 2025 Term Sessions

Taught by Amy from eLearn with Amy, who has a BSc in Zoology and loves drawing wildlife and animals.

Wednesdays: 10am-11am (fully online)

 
Suitable for mixed ages - the whole family - parents included!
These are webinar sessions. This means students attending do not have their camera or audio on. They can, however, type questions to the teacher during the session.

Informal, fun session that blends animal science and wildlife art for all ages.  During the live webinar, sketch along with me. We will also have science quizzes and information on the animal.

Just bring any art material you have. Below, you can find out what materials Amy will be using in each session, so if you do want to follow along with the same type of art material, you can (but absolutely don't have to!).

  • Live, interactive sessions
  • Opportunity to ask questions (typed). Student cameras/audio are NOT on.

Pricing:
  • Advanced block book: Pay £12 for all six sessions in this term if you book anytime before  9am 22nd Apr. That’s just £3 per session! 
  • Standard price pay/go available from 9am 22nd Apr £3.50 per session, per screen/family, only able to purchase pay/go individual sessions at a time. 
  •   PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU ARE WANTING TO SELECT ONLY CERTAIN SESSIONS/DATES TO BOOK, THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE AFTER 9AM 22nd Apr - PLEASE COME BACK THEN TO MAKE INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS :)

Schedule of Drawing Subjects (Wednesdays, 10am-11am)

23rd Apr – 21st May: 4 session block

1.23rd Apr: Draw a Peacock [Using colour]
2.30th Apr:  Draw Amy’s 2 black 6 month old kittens, Nova and Fergus [black and grey sketch] (on her Birthday, too!)
3.7th May: **no class this day (one off cancellation due to appointment, apologies!)**
4.14th May: Draw a Red Panda [Using colour]
5.21st May: Draw a Kestrel [black and grey sketch]

6.26th-30th may half term, no classes for 1 week
New term starts 2nd June. New set of subjects to draw will be uploaded.
